Two summertime smoothies

Blend together

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c. mixed berries
  • 1 c. rice milk
  • 2 T. ground flax and sesame seeds
  • 2 T. soy lectin
  • 1 T. hemp protein powder
  • Optional: sweeten with agave nectar, maple syrup or molasses

Blend together

  • the juice of 4 oranges
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 peeled kiwi
  • 2 fresh pitted dates
